| Carrot River is a special place for me because that is where I grew up. There are many good memories of Carrot River, including family events, school, hockey, church, Pasquia Park, etc., etc. I have a lot of respect for relatives and many other people in Carrot River. I look forward to the history book coming out soon. I hope that I can visit friends there before much longer. I appreciate your site's description of the history, highlights and recent developments in the community. You have a great town! | Hey all. I'm writing from the maritimes and need some information for an elderly lady in my community. I am looking for any information about a man named Ken Wilson. He was from Carrot River. He seved in WW2 and wrote to a lady named Ella. She met him in Saint John, New Brunswick in 1940. She would love to know what happened to him and if he is still living. We would appreciate any information at all. | ||

| I have been to Carrot River three times to visit Knife Maker Bill Schiller. Because of his wisdom and skill as a knife maker I have also become a knife maker. I owe him many thanks to his advise and guidence. Carrot River thou out of the way is a lovely town and a good location to settle down. | ||

| My husbands father started the rodeo in Carrot River and had a logging company, and they lived there for a while as well in the mid 1940's. they were the Clifford and Tillie [Rislund]Claggett family. | ||

| I lived in Carrot River for about 4 years, 1980-1984 with my mom and sister. I moved away when I was in grade 6 to the big city of Regina.
I certainly did not want to move. I loved playing hockey in the winter and baseball in the summer. I am now living in Burnaby, BC where I own a travel agency. I hope the town is doing well! | ||

| Born and Raised in Carrot River. Always will be my home. My mom and dad Peggy and Dennis Relland still live there and it is always good to see the faces of those I know when I am in town on visits. Good website, a little too many foopers for my taste, but it is good to see Carrot River on the web. | ||
