| I have many fond memories of time spent with my grandfather (the late Gordon Taylor of Melfort) in the Pasquia Hills. He told me about the croc (Big Bert) that was found years ago and I thought of looking for it today. It was nice to see the information about it on your website. | ||

| Great town, the historic monuments were epoch! I've seen a lot of small towns around Saskatchewan, perhaps most of them. And Carrot River stands superior over any other town! | ||

| Gotta love northern Saskatchewan! Wonderful,caring people. Grew up in Smoky Burn and Carrot River with my band of brothers and will never forget trying to reach the Smoky Burn school bus riding in my brother, Gary's jeep through all the standing water and muck(clay). That had to build character! Missed the reunion 3 years ago but won't miss the next one. Try and make it back to visit family and friends when we can. | ||

| Hello,Our family is relocating to Sask from BC. We ran across your community site. We were wondering if there is any employment opportunities within the town of Carrot River, for construction/landscaping,renovations/heavy duty equipment work. Also employment for my wife within tourism/ retail,Medical Office/Transcription. Also, how far is Carrot River from Nipawin? Any local information would be greatly appreciated, as our home is being sold, and we are looking for a home or lot in Northern Saskatchewan, preferably Carrot River.

| Hi, I learned about Carrot River from a 92 year-old man who was there during the Depression Years. I had to look up in the internet how this town is doing nowadays.

| My grandfather homesteaded in 1914 to 1924. My dad was born in a log cabin near Carrot River, he is 86 now.
Just got my copy of the history book and it is great! You all did a fine job. Thanks very much for all your work!! | ||

| Originally from S. E. Sk.. where we still have farmland. Shopping the net for Residential properties either urban or rural. Nice website, as others have mentioned real estate photos would be nice but otherwise very informative. My husband and I are still in the work force. A professional semi trucker and myself working optical. Employment listings would be another suggestion. | ||

Her name was Jean Temple,daughter of Guy & Edith.I have family there(Jake & Fern Penner, Fred & Bev Cragg & kids,Sheila Yip.It was GREAT to see the site.I spent many of summers there with my Aunt(Rheta Cragg)& all of the family.Hope to head there this summer and see everyone.Thanks a million!!!! | ||
